Many neurodivergent students who are full-time learners rely on methods and strategies created when they were sitting their GCSEs. GCSEs are very different from further education.

At GCSE, you are heavily guided, with every minute of every day accounted for. But, at college or university, you are expected to manage your own time and workload outside of the classroom, which can cause many problems for those who struggle to get motivated, struggle to manage their time and workload.
